GPS yesterday afternoon received high quality office equipment’s donations from two philanthropists by the names Mr David and Mrs Sue Connellon through their Gambian partner Mr Mikeal Secka at an event held at the GPS H/Q. The donated equipment’s includes 06 junior executive chairs, 03tables, 01 carton of hand sanitizers, 01 table drawer, 12 file covers, and file folders respectively as a token to complement government efforts. In receiving the donated item, the DG and some of his top management staff commended the donors for choosing the prison as the beneficiaries of these high quality donation, he further said that, these gesture will add values to GPS, he appreciated and thank them for always remembering GPS he concluded.
